1. Is your workplace in compliance with the Federal OSHA regulations for employers to have an Emergency Operations/Action Plan (29 CFR 1910.38) and train employees on the plan?


2. Is your workplace in compliance with the Federal OSHA regulations for employers to have a Fire Prevention Plan (29 CFR 1910.39) and train employees on the plan?


3. If your workplace is partially or fully funded by federal, state or local funding, has your workplace trained employees with all the applicable training requirements outlined in the DHS NIMS Training Program?


4. Is your workplace well positioned to manage liability by implementing an employee safety and workplace violence training program?
